Opened in 2015, Hearth Pizzeria owner and chef Ivan Millan-Pulecio has taken the traditional open-flame hearth oven method of pizza and entrée making and seamlessly added his personal flavor inspired by international cuisine as well as his local community of Needham, MA. CHEF IVAN MILLAN-PULECIO
With the opening of Hearth Pizzeria Chef Ivan realized his lifelong dream of owning his own restaurant - and he is honored to share his dream with you. Chef Ivan Millan-Pulecio has turned an unwavering passion for food and service into a career blossoming under the roof of Hearth Pizzeria. Following his training under chefs Tony Bettencourt and Michael Ehlenfeldt. He moved to Boston to continue honing his culinary skills at Tomasso Trattoria, Panzano Market and Rossini's Pizzeria & Restaurant. It was then that he realized he had a knack for delivering not only great food, but authentic experiences as well. A story of following your dreams wherever they may lead you has earned Chef Ivan the opportunity to become a local favorite in Needham, and he knows just how important his community and friends are to making Hearth Pizzeria a success. While the menu is full of family-friendly favorites like pepperoni pizza and pasta with marinara sauce, Chef Ivan's revolving door of seasonal surprise specials promises an array of flavors from around the world that can be found right in your neighborhood
